Collaborate with HR teams and the training department to develop training for in-person and online learning.

Produce external videos for recruitment and promotion of DEI efforts, along with design recruitment materials for events, digital signage and print advertisements. Collaborating with our Marketing team for brand review and distribution.

Produce internal video communication for all Arvest Associates including CEO Updates, HR Resources, Leadership & Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Advanced event planning and setup involving live audio/video. Designing the event themes, logos, printed materials, and interactive internal intranet pages for associates to use pre/post event. Events include: Arvest Annual Planning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Speaker Series and major company meetings.
